The Garden at The Cov is where community takes root. A communal garden in Chatham guided and driven by adults 55 and better, it is a place for everyone to gather, learn, and grow together—cultivating wellness, shared abundance, and new Ways to Age Well℠.

The Garden is shared, free, and open to the public during hours of operation.

30 shared raised beds full of fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Maintaining the garden is a communal effort, supported by our interactive programs.

The Garden Club is a dedicated group that helps the garden thrive.
What to expect:
- A commitment of at least 1 visit per week to support the garden with hands-on tasks (planting, watering, weeding, harvesting, general upkeep, and other seasonal needs)
- Optional educational workshops throughout the season
- Fun pop-up programs hosted at the garden
