A new report from Mather Institute highlights emerging trends from around the world that are delivering insights into health and wellness, sustainability and climate, technology and innovation, and lifestyle.

When it comes to longevity, the “Next” report highlighted trends already underway with some senior living operators. Among them are environmental biohacking — focusing on reducing exposure to harmful substances and optimizing the living environment; a holistic approach to health through balanced diet, exercise, stress management and sleep; and enhancing well-being naturally through adaptogens, or natural remedies.
