Robert Kaslly is concerned right now because his garage door is broken and, by his own admission, he is not very handy with tools.
That he is more adept with a saucepan than a Phillips screwdriver has served him well, however. As executive chef for Splendido at Rancho Vistoso, Kaslly supervises the plating of hundreds of meals a day for residents of the Oro Valley retirement community. Before joining the Splendido team six months ago, he had worked as executive chef at Overlook Restaurant in El Conquistador Country Club and at the restaurants in the SaddleBrooke community.
