More than a dozen members of Brownie Troop 41059 visited with residents of Mather Place of Wilmette on December 14, to entertain with holiday songs and good cheer. It was also an opportunity for the girls to work for a special activity badge, “Listening to the Past,” according to Connie Capone, one of the leaders of the troop of third-graders from Hubbard Woods School in Winnetka.
