TUCSON, AZ. (October 19, 2021) — Fortune recently named Mather, one of the parent organizations of Splendido, as one of the Top 10 Small and Medium Workplaces in Senior Housing & Care in the nation. The designation, which was based on employee feedback, adds to an already award-winning, banner year for Splendido, a Life Plan Community in Oro Valley for those 55 and better.
More than 220,000 current aging services employees completed the survey, which rated their work experience across various channels. Mather employees, including those at Splendido, gave responses that hit well above the benchmark — scoring the highest numbers for safety, pride, camaraderie, and respect as it related to their jobs. Notably, staff rated feeling welcome, contributing to the organization, and the special and unique benefits they receive as part of their employment, among the highest contributors for job satisfaction.
